"I went to see Mindy at Mike Morris State Farm after they took over my policies from a former State Farm agent. I must say, the service has already been EXCELLENT within the first week of being Mike's client. He personally called to let me know that he would be taking over my policies following the death of my former agent. This prompted me to schedule an appointment for a check-up because I had not had one in several years. The office personnel was very friendly. Mindy Brown spent 2+ hours with me going over mostly life insurance. A new option is available for older persons with a fixed rate that sounds like a great possibility for someone like me, who's great plans didn't pan out so well. We also reviewed auto and home insurance. Insurance is a foreign language to me, but Mindy took the time to explain it to my understanding. She was very personable and easy to talk with. I'm glad to have Mike Morris State Farm as my insurance agent!"

"I had concerns about the price of insurance. Mindy from the office called me and we talked. Insurance is one of those necessary evils in life! You have to have it! All insurance companies have gone up, and if you find a cheaper insurance, you will find out that the deductible is higher or if you are replacing a roof, the age of your roof matters greatly and other companies might not pay much at all fto replace an older roof! State Farm is still my insurance company. They have always paid quickly when we had problems."

"After I commented a concern on the website about rising premiums, Mike responded by offering a phone conversation with Mindy. Mindy was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We spent over an hour on the phone because I had several questions, and she had thorough answers. I was pondering switching companies because of rates, but I was not aware of some things I would be giving up. You may say it's their job as salesmen to tell you what you want to hear. "I was devastated that my car had been through a hailstorm. The smallest stone was golfball sized. From the start of our claim to the end everyone was so professional, direct, easy to get a hold of, and on time for our virtual appraisal. K. Elcock was our appraiser.
