"I once gave them a 5 star review, but when you make an almost 500 dollar mistake and refuse to fix it, time to find another agent. I don't pretend to know the ins and outs of the insurance business, but when you call 3 times to have a vehicle taken off your policy, and then get charged for it 3 months later, there's a problem. Was also made to refund money on a discount I didn't authorize"
